Online Computer and Printer Services: If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the service date. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to certain conditions, such as the nature of the service provided and the reason for the refund request.

Please note that all services are subject to a non-refundable service fee of 150 USD/CAD/GBP. This fee covers administrative costs and transaction processing fees and is non-negotiable.

3. Subscription Charges

For subscription-based services, each month passed during the validity of the subscription will incur a charge of 55 USD/CAD/GBP. These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Computer One-Time Fix: This service remains non-refundable at all times, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction level.
